This piece was done on a thick sheet of glass for the Manchester Artist's Bonfire, which is happening at Islington Mill tomorrow. So if you are in the area come visit!
Apparently glass starts to melt at about 600 degrees, and this fire should just about reach that. Hopefully as it will be on the outside of the fire and it is quite thick, that it wont melt too much but all the tape will be burnt off.
The backing sheet is just newsprint so will be gone in seconds but hopefully the tape will take a little longer.
I will add some photos of the fire on saturday.
